    Do you have a true passion for gastronomy and fine dining? Then we are looking for you! In Blumé, the beating heart of Hotel Halbert, a unique experience is created for guests using seasonal influences, honest products, and taste explosions. Everything comes together here.

    As a junior sous-chef, you are one of the most important links in the kitchen team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests are provided with an unforgettable dinner.

About Garde Hotels

Garde Hotels is a collection of unique venues in Groningen, each with its own story. It all started with an idea: time and genuine attention are the most valuable things there are. That idea grew into Hotel Corps de Garde, a centuries-old building with a rich history, and later into Hotel Halbert, featuring the on-site Restaurant Blumé and the vegetable-focused restaurant Souterrain 1634 at Hotel Corps de Garde.

Under one name, we bring these places together, with a shared conviction: creating moments that matter.

Because that attention starts with our team. We take care of our colleagues with the same dedication we show our guests, giving them room to grow and learn the trade. We believe in striking the right balance between warmth and focus, in celebrating successes, and in keeping each other on our toes.
